According to Ministry of Tourism Decree 104 Contestants must meet the following conditions:

• Be Lebanese or Lebanese descendant
• Age between 18-25 years old and single
• Contestant less than 18 years old must provide parental consent
• Have absolved high school
• Able to speak and write more than one language

CONTESTANT'S COMMITMENT:

- Ensure my arrival to Lebanon by July 6th or 7th 2010 at Beirut International Hariri Airport.

- Will be covered by Travel Insurance.

- Inform the Committee of your arrival's details: Date, Time, Airline – by July 3^rd, 2010.

- Send to the Committee by July 3rd 2010 at the latest:

1. My Curriculum Vitae
2. One high resolution colored portrait photo
3. One high resolution colored full body photo
4. Copy of your Lebanese ID if available or your passport
   

- You are responsible of providing:

1. The Flag of the city you are representing (size: ± 150 cm x 86cm)
2. The traditional national costume of your city. The two best national costumes will automatically qualify the two Beauty Queens to the first selection.
3. Formal dress for official visits.
4. Casual clothes and sports shoes.
5. A mobile device and charger (220 Volt) (We will provide the SIM card for free - additional charging units will not be covered)

- Pledge to completely participate to the Tour Program.

- Extras at the hotel will not be covered by the Committee.

- Personal visits during the Tour Program are only allowed during free time for a short period inside the hotel.

- The elected Miss Lebanon Overseas 2010 shall fulfill her mission to promote Lebanon based on the strategy of the World Festival Committee. 

* Please note that there will not be Catwalk in Swimming Suit

COMMITTEE'S COMMITMENT

- Chaperon from the World Festival Committee will welcome the Contestants with a bouquet and will assist them at the Internal Security Check Point before the luggage.

- Upon Contestant's arrival, Chaperon from the World Festival Committee will deliver to the Contestant:

1. The "Sash” she has to wear during the whole Program.
2. A SIM Card Mobile Line upon arrival. (Phone number is provided upon registration)
3. 4 Free Entrance Tickets to the Official Welcoming Ceremony Event at SUN HILLS Hotel on Tuesday, July 8th, 2010 at 8:30 p.m.
4. 4 Free Entrance Tickets to the Miss Lebanon Overseas Pageant Event at LE ROYAL Hotel on Tuesday, July 16th, 2010 at 8:30 p.m. (Formal Dress)

- Phone calls allowed during free time.

- All Contestants will be granted:

• Evening gown
• Formal shoes
• Show costumes
• And all accessories required for the Beauty pageant Election Event.

- The chaperon will be a lady representing the World Festival Committee and escorting the Contestants during the whole Program and Event.

- Accommodation in 5 Stars Hotel - SUN HILLS Adma. Including Bed and Breakfast. (Extras will not be covered - Check - Out by July 15th 2010)

- Full Board and other fees related to the Program covered by World Festival Committee.
